4. AI and Informational Services Disclaimer

Digital Guardian provides informational analysis tools designed to assist users in identifying potential scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation attempts, suspicious activity, and digital safety concerns.

Results generated by automated systems or artificial intelligence technologies are estimates and recommendations only.

We do not guarantee:

• Fraud prevention
• Scam detection accuracy
• Identity verification accuracy
• Security outcomes
• Financial protection
• Detection of every threat or impersonation attempt

Users should independently evaluate important decisions and avoid relying solely on Digital Guardian analysis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including screenshots, files, documents, images, messages, and submissions.

By submitting content, you grant Digital Guardian a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, transmit, and internally display content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and secure the services.

You represent that you have the right to upload and submit the content provided through the services.

6. Subscription Services

Certain features require paid subscriptions or premium services.

Subscription terms may include recurring billing, automatic renewal, usage limitations, account restrictions, or feature limitations.

Pricing and features may change over time. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Digital Guardian does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund previous billing periods unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Digital Guardian and its licensors retain ownership of the services, software, branding, graphics, designs, text, code, and related intellectual property.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Guardian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, financial losses, or reliance on service recommendations.

Your use of Digital Guardian is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Guardian and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Digital Guardian for violations of these Terms, misuse of the services, abuse, suspicious activity, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Digital Guardian after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
